Vr. Sandip Kumar Deb

Principal Consultant of Bangladesh Inspection & Survey (Pvt.) Ltd.. He is a post graduate degree holder in real estate valuation and Plant & Machinery Valuation besides being a graduate in Real Estate Valuation, Civil Engineering, Law and Quantity Surveying. He is a professional member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser of American Society of Appraisers (USA). He is a Fellow and Approved Valuer of Institution of Valuers (India). Mr. Deb is a member of Tangible Assets Board of International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). He is an International Valuation Consultant to Asian Development Bank (ADB). He has more than 30 years of practicing experience in valuation.

Vr. Md Ilius

Managing Director & Principal Valuer of the Bangladesh Inspection & Survey (Pvt.) Ltd. . He is a Post Graduate in Law and a Government Registered Valuer. He has also completed ELP in Real Estate Valuation under School of Built Environment-RICS, Amity University, India. He is a Chairman of Bangladesh Valuers Council, founder member of Bangladesh Survey and Valuation Companies, Firms and Individual Concerns Association and member of Bangladesh Evaluation Society. He is also a Registered Income Tax Practitioner under National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh. He has more than 20 years of experience in asset valuation advisory. He is also enlisted as an expert valuer in 35 Banks on behalf of BISPL.

Vr. Al Mamun

Chairman & Chief Surveyor of the Bangladesh Inspection & Survey (Pvt.) Ltd. He is a Post Graduate Degree Holder and also completed Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)and Diploma in Survey and technology. He is a Founder Member of Bangladesh Valuers Council, Member of Bangladesh Survey and Valuation Companies, Firms and Individual Concerns Association, Member of Bangladesh Evaluation Society. He has more than 18 years of practicing experience in Survey & valuation.
